We also spend some time talking about the importance of setting a good example for our kids and ways to get them involved in the fun of exercising. Overall, Dai shares some amazing tips on how to get started and if you sign up for his mailing list, you get a very cool ebook that has 99 workouts that you can do with no extra equipment required.
